In order for Guy Crabb Plumbing & Heating Ltd to provide our services, we need to collect basic personal data about you which includes: name, address, email and phone number.

Why we need your data

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with a comprehensive service. We will not collect any personal data from you that is not required in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with your data

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

The data we collate from enquiries and existing customers is stored onto our systems and backed up onto our secure server.

On completion of any quotations, orders and services provided, we will hold the physical and digital files on record.  These files are held in secure file rooms on site and on secure servers.

We will never sell your information to 3rd parties

We stress that your information will only be used for processing quotations and providing agreed services and not for marketing purposes.  We will not transmit your information to other parties, unless it is required to fulfil your request for a quotation, to complete an order, to provide agreed services, or we are legally obliged to do so.  Any information passed on to these parties will be conducted within the GDPR guidelines and will only be relevant to the requirements of providing our services.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.
